
TERMS OF USE FOR THE AI ADVANTAGE BOOTCAMP
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and participation in the AI Advantage Bootcamp (“Bootcamp”) offered by Gandia Communications, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in the Bootcamp, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or participate.
- Program Overview
- The AI Advantage Bootcamp is a 4-week training workshop designed to help freelance writers and solo marketers learn how to incorporate AI tools effectively in their writing businesses.
- It includes live instruction, recordings, assignments, and access to resources such as a private Slack community (collectively, the “Services”).
- Eligibility and Conduct
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the Bootcamp for lawful purposes. You must not engage in any behavior that disrupts the Bootcamp or violates any laws.
- Conduct: You will not post or transmit any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful.
- Intellectual Property and License
- Our Materials: All Bootcamp content, including videos, PDFs, written materials, logos, and trademarks (“Bootcamp Materials”), belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Bootcamp Materials for your personal and internal business use only, during your active participation and according to these Terms.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit any Bootcamp Materials for commercial or non-personal use without our express written consent.
- Prohibited Sharing: Sharing your Bootcamp login credentials or Bootcamp Materials (in whole or in part) with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access.
- Payment Terms
- Fees: Your Bootcamp fee (“Fee”) and any payment schedule will be clearly stated at checkout or in your enrollment agreement. You agree to pay all Fees when due.
- Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge your card on file for the agreed-upon Fees.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Bootcamp. You remain responsible for any outstanding Fees.
- “10X or It’s Free” Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: If by midnight on [Date (e.g., March 25)]—after the first two Bootcamp sessions—you do not believe you’ll achieve at least 10x your investment in future value from this training, you may email support@b2blauncher.com to request a full refund of your registration fee.
- No Refunds After This Date: After the date specified above, no refunds will be issued due to the immersive, time-sensitive nature of the Bootcamp.
- How to Request a Refund: To withdraw and request a refund, you must email support@b2blauncher.com by the stated deadline. Any refund requests made after this window will not be honored.
- Program Access and Duration
- Schedule: The Bootcamp includes four weekly live sessions, plus a self-paced Foundations module and a private Slack group for support and collaboration.
- Session Recordings: All live sessions are recorded and posted in the private training portal within [24/48] hours. You will have ongoing access to these recordings for future review.
- Slack Community: You will have access to a private Slack workspace throughout the 4-week Bootcamp. Access may continue beyond the Bootcamp at our discretion, but we reserve the right to close or archive the workspace at any time.
- Media Release and Recordings
- Recording of Sessions: You acknowledge and agree that live sessions or other group meetings (“Sessions”) may be recorded by the Company. These recordings may include your voice, image, name, and contributions made during the Session.
- Consent to Recording: By participating in any Session, you consent to being recorded and grant the Company the right to use these recordings within the Bootcamp portal or related membership areas, for current or future participants.
- No Compensation: You will receive no compensation for the use of these recordings, and you waive any claims related to their capture or future use.
- Privacy Considerations: Recordings will not be shared publicly outside the Bootcamp without further permission. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may choose not to speak or to disable your video during Sessions.
- Opt-Out: If you have concerns about being recorded, please contact support@b2blauncher.com prior to the Session to discuss alternative accommodations, if available.
- Disclaimers
- Educational Purpose Only: The Bootcamp is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or other outcomes.
- No Professional Advice: The Bootcamp does not substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals regarding any specific legal, financial, or health situation.
- No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer:
- We do not make any guarantees about future earnings or income. Any examples or success stories are illustrative and do not guarantee you will achieve similar results.
- Your level of success depends on your effort, skillset, dedication, and financial situation. You agree we are not responsible for your decisions or any subsequent results.

- Purpose of AI Use
- We use AI tools to support specific aspects of our business, such as:
- Assisting with copy creation for our own marketing campaigns.
- Generating and editing our own editorial content (newsletters, podcast show notes, etc.).
- Supporting client work by brainstorming ideas, identifying potential solutions, and refining client-submitted content for clarity and effectiveness.
- AI is a tool to enhance our work, but the final ideas, recommendations, and decisions are always shaped by our experience, expertise, and discernment.
- We use AI tools to support specific aspects of our business, such as:
- Core Principles and Values
- Human-First Approach: Clients are always working with us as their coach. AI is only used to support, not replace, our expertise.
- Privacy: We protect client confidentiality by avoiding sharing sensitive details with AI tools and anonymizing data whenever necessary.
- Accuracy: We carefully review and rewrite AI outputs as needed to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Limitations on AI Use
- AI is never used to replace personal interactions with clients.
- AI is only used for specific tasks, such as brainstorming or content support, and never for decision-making.
- AI does not process or store sensitive client information.
- All AI outputs are reviewed and refined by us before being shared with clients.
- AI is not used to create final products without thorough human oversight.
- Privacy Commitments
- We do not share sensitive client information with AI tools.
- If AI could assist on a sensitive matter you are working on, we will obtain your permission before using an AI tool.
- We use ChatGPT’s Team plan, which offers robust privacy and security features, including data confinement (data is not used for model training) and SOC 2 compliance with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Ongoing Education and Tool Evaluation
- We stay informed about advancements in AI tools, ethical considerations, and best practices.
- We periodically review the AI tools we use to ensure they align with our privacy, ethical, and business standards.
- This policy is reviewed annually or when significant changes in AI tools, regulations, or business practices occur.
- Client-Facing Commitments
- AI is used to enhance the services we provide, not replace our expertise or the value of working with us as coaches.
- Client privacy is a top priority, and we take every precaution to ensure their information is protected.
- Purpose of AI Use
- Limitation of Liability
- No Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, arising from your participation in the Bootcamp.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you is limited to the total Fees you have paid for the Bootcamp.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks from participating in the Bootcamp and understand that individual outcomes vary.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (including our officers, employees, agents, and affiliates) harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Bootcamp, breach of these Terms, or misuse of Bootcamp Materials. - Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Good-Faith Efforts: If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it informally through email or phone discussion.
- Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
- Location and Fees: Arbitration will occur in Cherokee County, Georgia, USA, with costs shared by both parties. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- One-Year Limitation: Any claim must be brought within one (1) year from the date the dispute arises; otherwise, it is waived.
- Termination
- By You: You may withdraw from the Bootcamp at any time by emailing support@b2blauncher.com, but refunds are subject to the policy in Section 5.
- By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you fail to meet payment obligations or violate these Terms.
- Post-Termination: Upon termination, your access to Bootcamp Materials and any private community or Slack workspace ends immediately. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, confidentiality obligations, and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.
- Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any written enrollment agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Bootcamp.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
